Matthew’s Preserves was born out of creator Matthew Slaughter's love of making chutneys and jams. After a period of struggling from mental health problems, Matthew threw himself into the only thing he could and loved. Matthews Preserves was born in 2018. Since then he's won multiple awards for his jams, marmalades, and chutneys.
His award-winning Spicy Pineapple Chutney combines the exotic taste of the Caribbean with spices of India. This smooth chutney packs flavour and punch as the heat comes through with each mouthful.
