The Passero estate has been in the Passero Lipič family for generations, it is currently run by Tomaž and his wife Jasmina. A small family run business that not only makes this wonderful artisan chocolate bars and pralines, using local flavours but also makes their own pumpkin oil.
They are known for their use of local and traditional ingredients with the occasional modern twist in their products as is seen in their range of Chocolate bars.
