The Passero estate has been in the Passero Lipič family for generations, it is currently run by Tomaž and his wife Jasmina. A small family run business that not only makes this wonderful artisan chocolate bars and pralines, using local flavours but also makes their own pumpkin oil.
The Gibanica is a traditional cake with poppy seeds, apples, walnuts and quark. It is the staple dessert of the region, Tomaž and Jasmina replicated the tastes with this praline set.
