The Passero estate has been in the Passero Lipič family for generations, it is currently run by Tomaž and his wife Jasmina. A small family run business that not only makes this wonderful artisan chocolate bars and pralines, using local flavours but also makes their own pumpkin oil.
The Joys of Prekmurje is a set of pralines that represents the typical flavours of their region (Prekmurje). It consists of 5 pralines each with their unique flavour: Pumpkin Oil, Jurka (a special native red grape), Traminer, Elderflower and the tastes of Gibanica, a traditional cake with poppy seeds, apples, walnuts and quark.
