Romanca the owner used her family estate to build a brand around the humble walnut. Ludus Naturae Kmetija Rečnik is an organic walnut grove and eco-farm that specializes in walnut products. Since 1999 the walnut grove has been certified organic and she has been making and growing wonderful and unique products since.
The walnuts are harvested every day during harvest. They are then meticulously dried for 3 days with a special cold drying process. The walnuts are then shelled by hand. Ground and then cold-pressed into the most deliciously nutty oil you have ever tasted.
